Essential Functions:
The Candidate is expected to analyze client's
functional area architecture, business
requirements and process definition. Research
and propose technical solutions. Facilitate
workshops or meetings for the client to
work through technical and process decisions.
· Implement technical solutions.
Be the point of contact with User Representatives.
Coordinate installation, user training
and software updates. · Establish
application environment and configuration.
· Implement Quality assurance testing
procedures. · Design and develop
code for "customization" and
"utilities" to automate and
standardize processes. · Support
application and users. Answer user questions
on how to use the tool. · Resolve
application bugs. · Establish bug
test cases for vendor help desk. ·
Develop "workarounds" for bugs
until patches are supplied by the vendor.
· Ensure validity of software maintenance
quotes and license update. · Coordinate
software updates: Maintain application
'maintenance/release database.
Essential Knowledge:
Required: Must have 3+ years Programmer/Analyst
experience. In depth experience in Oracle
DB or MS SQL Server. In addition to 2
years of intensive application experience.
Must be strong communicator who can dissimulate
information and communicate with both
business and technical audiences.
Essential Education:
BS Computer Science
or equivalent Appropriate Certification
is a must Higher Business or management
Degree is an advantage.
Essential Skills:
Required: Must have 3+ years hands on
experience in ERP or Financial or Banking
Systems software implementation. Self
starter that has experience in evaluating
and implementing new software solutions
from ground up
