This vacancy is for Senior
Analyst/Programmers with minimum 4-5 years
experience and project management skills.
Essential Functions:
The Candidate should have strong .NET
skills. The ideal candidate is a mid-level
Windows client software developer who
has solid experience building easy-to-use,
bug-free applications from the ground
up, and who has had some experience in
leading small development teams (up to
three persons).
Essential Knowledge:
Between 4-5 years of progressive experience
in the field of Information Technology,
experience designing, writing Windows
desktop applications. He or She should
have demonstrable knowledge of the following:
Software development techniques
RDBMS (MS SQL Server) design and query
optimization.
GAP analysis techniques
Team leadership is a must
Project planning and tracking
Good knowledge of banking systems is an
advantage.
Essential Education:
BS in Computer Science, or related field
from a national university
Appropriate Certification is a must.
Essential Skills:
A proficient understanding of .Net framework
technologies
Experience with Microsoft SQL server (stored
procedures, DLL's)
An understanding of ASP.NET
Ability to write high-quality custom .Net
controls and forms.
Ability to independently own, design,
write and test quality code.
Ability to estimate development schedules
for owned features.
Experience in one or more of the following
languages and environments:
VB.Net,
C#, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, XML, CDO,
ActiveX
Data Objects, MTS, DHTML
Experience in developing using one of
the following Databases:
T-SQL, SQL
server
Skilled use of one or more of the following
Development Tools:
MS Visual
Studio .NET
MS Visual
SourceSafe
Organizational "Fit"
